		<description><![CDATA[There is an area of political pressure on a Democratic president that isn&#039;t mentioned.  If US troops aren&#039;t out by November of 2010, Democrats will face huge losses in Congress.
This would be of less concern to Clinton, since the Clintons have very little loyalty to the Democratic Party, but Obama would take this problem more seriously.
